Progressions Alaska, LLC is in-network with some insurance plans. Wait times for an initial evaluation may be up to three months. Please inquire about rates. Payments are due on the date and time of service if patients choose to pay cash. Progressions Alaska, LLC is in-network with the following insurers:

• Alaska Medicaid
• Medicare
• Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska
• Moda
• Tricare
• Triwest

It is the patient’s responsibility to know what your insurance plan covers for physical therapy including:

1) Does your insurance plan require a referral for physical therapy?

2) How many physical therapy visits does your plan cover and does the plan require pre-authorization for physical therapy?

3) What is your plan deductible for in-network or out-of-network physical therapy services? What is the co-pay and/or co-insurance amount for physical therapy as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance charges are collected at the time of service or once these amounts have been determined by the insurer.
